Brittany Holder, also known as Bella, is the founder of Unlocking Bright Minds. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is a Registered Behavior Consultant. Bella is a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist, integrating behavioral, cognitive, and subconscious-based approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.

Her background includes training in CBT-informed coaching strategies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), systemic family approaches, and past life regression through hypnotherapy. Bella works with individuals, families, and caregivers across a wide range of behavioral and mental health needs, including high-intensity emotional and behavioral challenges.

Bella is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an expected graduation date of May 2027, and receives ongoing monthly supervision from a Licensed Health Service Psychologist (HSPP) to support ethical practice, clinical growth, and professional accountability.
